Frank Lary is off to a great start. If not for the Yankee set back, he would be 4 and 0. Speaking of 0, Frank fired his third shutout, and second seven hitter of the season against the Boston Red Sox. His other seven hitter and shutout was agaisnt the Chicago White Sox. He fashioned a two hit shutout against Cleveland in his second outing of the season. So in four starts, three by shutouts, and only three runs against the Yanks in 7 innings, Frankie has allowed only three earned runs in 34 innings of work. As Mel Allen would say..."How 'bout that!"...that's 0.79 folks.
